We are Dynamic — now Dynamic Servitech Private Limited. As the authorised India partner for AMC Instruments (Italy), we supply magnetic rope-testing instruments — and carry out the inspection as a service. Non-destructive, contactless detection of wire-rope damage from 6 mm to 65 mm.
Dynamic has worked in crane safety since 2000. For wire-rope integrity we partner with AMC Instruments S.r.l. (Italy) — a recognised manufacturer of magnetic rope-testing equipment — as their authorised India distributor since 2019. You can buy the instrument from us, have our certified inspectors carry out the testing on-site as a service, or have your own team trained and certified. One partner, three ways to engage.
Magnetic rope testing is a skilled discipline. We meet you wherever you are — supply the instrument, deliver the inspection as a service, or build the capability inside your team.
Authorised India distributor for AMC (Italy) since 2019 — the full ROPE range plus the IAS-T acquisition tablet.
Dynamic-certified inspectors carry out on-site magnetic rope testing and deliver a reported result — no capex required.
Operator and inspector training with AMC-recognised certification, so your team can run the equipment in-house.
Testing carried out to ISO 4309; measuring heads designed in compliance with EN 12927; CE-marked equipment.
The MRT method is a non-destructive, magnetic, contactless procedure that detects broken wires, distortions and corrosion on steel wire ropes — including the internal damage a visual inspection can never see.

Internal and external broken wires — the leading cause of rope failure — detected without stripping the rope.
Reduction of metallic cross-section and diameter from wear and abrasion.
Internal and external corrosion, including pitting that weakens the core.
Variations of shape, irregularity of twisting and structural deformation.
The AMC range covers the full working span of crane ropes: ROPE 22 for smaller ropes, ROPE 40 for mid sizes, and ROPE 65 for the largest — together spanning 6 mm to 65 mm diameter.
Each magnetic head pairs with the IAS-T acquisition unit — a 13″ Windows tablet that records the magnetic signal, displays the defect graph live, and stores the result for reporting.

However you want to run it — purchase the AMC instrument, book our certified inspectors for on-site testing, or train your own crew — we set it up and support it. And for the rest of your crane safety needs, Dynamic Servitech designs and manufactures its own SLI, anti-collision and monitoring systems in-house.
